Abstract:There are three basic factors in the division of the judicial organization of each country, namely: proper laws; administrative bodies; judges and lawyers who are responsible for interpreting the laws and adapting them to the subject or defending them; for this purpose, the administration of the judicial system, in addition to playing an effective role Judges and the jury require the cooperation of a large number of well-trained and experienced lawyers who assist them with the confidence of their companions. The realization of this in the United Kingdom has, over the centuries, divided the law office into two main branches, which emphasize on the sharing of basic issues, for each of them, certain tasks, which include the defense attorneys under the title of Principal (counsel) or Barrister, and solicitor solicitors called Solictior, formerly called Attorney.
The category of lawyers is one of the innovations of the English Judicial System which explains the status and observance of the limits of each legal person in a given class, including the principles and regulations of this profession, and by creating a distinct and social status for lawyers to perform duties. In fact, the person expresses the certainty of entering a lawyer's job in the United Kingdom
(Barristers) and lawyers consultant (Solicitor) to be paid.
